The Medical Task Force COVID-19 rejected that the 500 tests to detect the coronavirus or COVID-19 have been lost as indicated in a letter published today.
According to the group appointed by the governor to work with the virus situation on the island, after receiving the tests, the recommendation was made for their distribution, Telenoticias reported.

The Task Force also noted that the test distribution plan was prepared by the Department of Health, the Emergency Management Bureau and the National Guard.
Likewise, they indicated that the tests were distributed among nine hospital institutions.
The expressions arise after the publication of a letter where allegedly the former acting secretary of the Department of Health, Concepción Quiñones de Longo, reported that she had no knowledge of the whereabouts of tests to detect the coronavirus or COVID-19.
