La distinción que entrega la Academia Nacional de Artes y Ciencias de la Grabación estadounidense vuelve a reunir los trabajos más distinguidos del año para la entrega del deseado gramófono. Tras celebrar en 2018 su 60 cumpleaños en Nueva York, los Grammy regresaron este año a Los Ángeles con una ceremonia que tuvo a Alicia Keys como presentadora. En total, los Grammy tienen 105 categorías de premios, en 30 géneros musicales diferentes. Sin embargo, los premios más codiciados están en las categorías generales.
